We understand the significance of convenience in managing your health expenses. To provide you with flexibility, we accept various payment methods, including:

Managing your health expenses is made even more convenient through our on-the-spot processing via HICAPS. This service covers the majority of health funds, allowing you to pay only the remaining balance, simplifying your payment process.

Veteran’s Affairs

For eligible veterans, we support arrangements with Veteran’s Affairs. To receive specialized care, veterans must possess a Gold Card or White Card linked to specific medical conditions, along with a doctor’s referral. We’re dedicated to ensuring that veterans receive the specialized care and support they rightfully deserve.


Efficient and precise handling of WorkCover claims is our commitment. Once your claim is officially accepted, we’ll handle billing WorkCover directly. To facilitate this process, please ensure that all relevant paperwork is promptly provided and securely filed. This meticulous approach reflects our unwavering dedication to providing the highest quality care and support.

Compulsory Third Party (CTP)

Our streamlined approach to managing Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claims involves direct billing to the insurer, initiated once the claim is duly accepted. To ensure the smooth administration of your CTP claim, it’s essential to provide copies of all necessary paperwork, which we’ll meticulously file. This approach underscores our commitment to delivering top-tier care and support.


We provide Medicare support for patients with intricate and chronic conditions. Under the Enhanced Primary Care Plan, Medicare covers up to five treatments. To ensure a seamless process, please bring the necessary paperwork provided by your referring GP during the initial consultation. Copies of this documentation are meticulously filed, ensuring the smooth administration of your care. A small gap payment is required to help maintain the accessibility of these vital services, minimizing any financial burden while delivering comprehensive and tailored treatment.

Cancellation Fee

We understand that sometimes circumstances may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that a cancellation fee of $80 applies if less than 8 hours’ notice is given. Our practices adhere to the Australian Physiotherapy Association guidelines, with an 8-hour policy for all cancellations and appointment changes. This policy ensures that appointments can be reallocated to other clients with sufficient notice.
