We understand the importance of convenience when it comes to managing your health expenses. That’s why we offer on-the-spot processing through HICAPS for the majority of health funds. This means you only need to cover the gap, making your payment process hassle-free and efficient.

Veterans Affairs arrangements call for the possession of a Gold Card or White Card linked to specific medical conditions, in addition to a doctor’s referral. These essential prerequisites ensure that eligible veterans receive the specialised care and support they rightfully deserve.

WorkCover claims are processed with the utmost efficiency and precision by billing WorkCover directly once the claim has been officially accepted. To streamline this procedure, it is essential to ensure that copies of all relevant paperwork are promptly provided and securely placed on file. This meticulous approach not only ensures the seamless handling of your claim but also serves as a testament to our commitment to providing the highest quality care and support.

Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claims are efficiently managed by billing the insurer directly, a process initiated once the claim has been duly accepted. To ensure the expeditious handling of your CTP claim, it is imperative that copies of all necessary paperwork are furnished and meticulously filed. This systematic approach not only facilitates the seamless administration of your claim but also underscores our unwavering dedication to providing top-tier care and support.

For patients grappling with intricate and chronic conditions, Medicare extends its support by covering up to five treatments under the Enhanced Primary Care Plan. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, patients are kindly asked to bring along the necessary paperwork provided by their referring GP during the initial consultation. Copies of this essential documentation are meticulously filed, guaranteeing the seamless administration of your care.

As part of this arrangement, a small gap payment is required, which helps sustain the accessibility of these vital services. Our goal is to minimize any financial burden while delivering comprehensive and tailored treatment.

We understand that on occasions you may not be able to attend your allocated appointment. A cancellation fee of $80 applies if less than 8hrs notice is given. Our practices abide by the Australian Physiotherapy Association guidelines with an 8 hour policy for all cancellations and changes of appointments. This allows enough time for your appointment to be reallocated to other clients.
