Emily Hardie

Director & Physiotherapist

Available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday. 

Emily is the Director of Wellers Hill Physio and has been an integral part of our team since 2022. She holds degrees in Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy, with extensive experience working across both private practice and hospital settings.

Emily takes a comprehensive and patient-centred approach to treatment, combining hands-on therapy with tailored exercise programs to support recovery, long-term health, and injury prevention. Her treatment methods include manual therapy, Pilates-based rehabilitation, dry needling, and personalised exercise prescription.

Emily has a particular clinical interest in:

  • Scar release and rehabilitation

  • Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) treatment

  • Parkinson’s disease management

As Director, Emily is passionate about delivering high-quality physiotherapy care and fostering a supportive environment where patients feel confident and empowered throughout their recovery journey.

Outside the clinic, Emily enjoys spending time with her young family and indulging her love of travel.our team

Michael Nicholls

Senior Physiotherapist

Available Tuesday and Thursday 

Michael graduated with Honours from Melbourne University in 2007 and has recently moved to sunny Queensland bringing a wealth of 19yrs treating in private practice! He has completed postgraduate training in the assessment and treatment of the spine, shoulder, pelvis, hip and lower limb.

Michael is renowned for his excellent diagnostic and communication skills, his ‘magic’ hands and his thorough rehabilitation programs.

Our Team - Tuan, Physiotherapist at Wellers Hill Physio Brisbane

Tuan Pham

Senior Physiotherapist

Available: Monday, Tuesday and Friday. 

Tuan graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (First Class Honours) in 2019. Since graduating, he has spent the past six years working in community-based physiotherapy settings, managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including both acute injuries and chronic pain presentations.

Tuan understands the impact pain and injury can have on everyday life and is passionate about helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them. As part of our team at Weller’s Hill Physiotherapy, his approach to treatment places a strong emphasis on hands-on therapy and dry needling to help relieve symptoms, while also identifying and addressing the underlying cause of pain.

In addition to manual therapy, Tuan has strong experience in exercise prescription and is accredited as a Clinical Pilates instructor. He enjoys guiding patients through all stages of rehabilitation, from early pain management through to improving strength, movement, and long-term function.

Michael Mirretti

Senior Physiotherapist

Available Wednesday & Friday

Michael completed his Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University and has experience working across public hospitals, rehabilitation, community, outpatient musculoskeletal, and sporting environments. 

His diverse clinical background allows him to confidently assess and manage a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and vestibular conditions while tailoring treatment to each individual’s goals.

Michael is passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care, hands-on treatment, education, and personalised exercise programs to help people move confidently and return to the activities they enjoy.

His treatment approach focuses on empowering patients by helping them understand their condition and build long-term strategies for recovery and injury prevention.

Michael’s treatment methods include manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, strength and conditioning principles, and individualised exercise prescription.

Outside the clinic, Michael enjoys CrossFit, strength training, golf, rugby, and spending time outdoors.
