Administration Staff: 

PART TIME

We are a family run well-established physiotherapy clinic located in Tarragindi for over 30 years dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are a team of five physiotherapists seeking a motivated and friendly Clinic Administrator to join our team and assist in the smooth operation of our clinic. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Management: Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing the patient booking system, and confirming appointments.
  • Administrative Support: Managing patient records, processing insurance claims, and handling clinic correspondence.
  • Communication: Answering phone calls and emails, providing information to patients, and assisting with any patient inquiries.
  • Billing & Payments: Handling payment processing, invoicing, and managing financial records.
  • Clinic Operations: Ensuring the clinic is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Assisting with clinic marketing and social media when required.
  • Collaboration: Supporting the physiotherapy team and ensuring a smooth workflow for therapists and patients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Clinic Administrator, Medical Receptionist, or in a similar role (preferably within the healthcare sector).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software (e.g., Cliniko, PPMP).
  • A friendly and professional demeanour with a strong patient-first attitude.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Previous experience in physiotherapy clinics or healthcare settings is an advantage but not mandatory.
